Business and Customer Experience Consultant
What you will get to do:
Challenging and rewarding projects with our multinational customers. Working in a project team filled with talented professionals.
What you will be responsible for:
- Understanding customers’ business problems and helping them solve them
- Engaging with customers’ business and technical staff, e.g. in discovery workshops, to find the right solutions
- Challenging the customers’ thinking and status quo
- Managing (smaller) customer projects independently
- Configuring Salesforce and possibly other related tools
- Proactively engaging with customers to find new projects and other opportunities for Fluido
- Understanding of end-to-end the project development from requirement specifications to deployment
The skills we are looking for:
- You have 2 – 3 years of Salesforce experience and/or a solid understanding of some of the following business practices and processes:
- Sales
- Customer service
- Field service
- Marketing automation
- Business intelligence
- Portals / communities
- eCommerce
- Experience in some of the following:
- (Management) consulting
- Project management
- Agile project methodologies
- Understanding of both business and IT
- IT customer projects
- Good communications skills and the ability to talk about Salesforce and other tools in the business context, without going into technical topics.
A plus
- Working proficiency in local language
