Program Manager – Germany
The Program Manager leads multiple tracks of a Salesforce implementation, collaborates with groups of project managers from different areas or may manage a set of complex Salesforce projects for key customer accounts. In his/her role (s)he interacts with business, customer and technology organizations and drives customer deliverables into a strategic direction, compliant with the roadmap defined by the account strategy. The role serves as an advisor to the customer and Fluido / Infosys management team especially with respect to setting priorities and ensuring compliance with schedules.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering / Science or foreign equivalent
- Project Management (PMP / IAPM / Six Sigma) certification(s) or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and roll-out multiple parallel Salesforce projects at a client based on KPIs, milestones & SLAs agreed contractually
- Establish well-functioning program governance across customer and internal organizational units, incl. program organization, meetings, reviews and decision authority
- Work closely with all customer and internal business unit functions to proactively avoid, mitigate and manage risks, issues & conflicts
- Function as a senior single point of contact for the client’s program management organization by being the counterpart for the business and IT sponsor
- Manage program scope, cost, timeline, invoicing and risk management across all stages of the delivery
- Monitor quality of all program projects, roll-out effectiveness and deliverables –suggest corrective measures
- Steer delivery teams across geographies by connecting on-, near-, and off-shore pools of resources
- Establish alignment and agreements with supporting organizations
- Drive estimations for new projects/work as add-ons to already agreed with client deliverables
- Mentor members of the PMO as well as individual project managers
- Manage constant visibility for senior management into project status and critical path for project completion
Experience / Skills Required
- 10 or more years of project management experience spent in a global delivery environment
- 3 or more years of Salesforce project roll-out experience – a thorough understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem / CRM consulting background and Salesforce Consultant certifications preferred
- Proven skills in delivering projects in Agile mode
- Contractual negotiation, statement of work creation and negotiation experience
- Proven ability to meet project timelines
- Comfortable in wearing multiple hats and managing projects under time pressure
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including working in a diverse, cross-cultural matrix organization across multiple geographies
- Professional consulting skills with outstanding orientation for quality
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Professional German working proficiency
