Holiday Greetings from Fluido
It’s hard to believe the Christmas season is already upon us, and we are preparing for a well-deserved rest with family and friends. From a business perspective, the holiday season is usually a time where we reflect back on the past year, summarize the highlights and learn from challenges. Once again, the past year has been full of tremendous growth, business expansion, and customer success for Fluido.
The most significant event for Fluido during 2019 was our business expansion to Germany and to Gothenburg, Sweden and, during the year, both locations have already grown to a significant size in record time. This was the first full year for Fluido as an Infosys company. Being part of the global Infosys group, we are seeing Fluidians delivering larger industry transformations for leading customers in strategic projects. It feels like we’ve once again elevated ourselves to a new level of strategic consulting and work on the Salesforce platform through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
I’d like to thank all of our existing and new customers for continued trust in our expertise and services. Since the start, Fluido has believed that providing customer experience excellence in a competitive landscape is the key to success. Simplifying complexity, bringing customer data to life, and making customer engagement easy regardless of industry and business is a vision that we share with our customers.
Today our teams include over 330 professionals based in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Slovakia, and Germany — a growth of 25 % year over year. To once again achieve this growth is wonderful. I would like to thank our customers for making this possible and everyone who took the decision to join our team. A special thank you goes to all existing Fluido employees welcoming and helping accelerate the onboarding of all new Fluidians.
This year we are once again supporting the Save the Children non-profit organization in all of our markets. The organization fights for children’s rights in order to immediately and permanently improve children’s lives globally. With reference to the recent times’ discussions on children’s safety and wellbeing across the world, this cause continues to be of uttermost importance.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank our customers, our friends at Salesforce and Infosys, and fellow Fluidians for a fantastic year together. I look forward to an equally fantastic 2020 together with you!
