It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

Let it snow, let it snow! As the holidays are upon us, it is time to reflect and look back on this year’s highlights and accomplishments.

Dear friends,

I hope you are well and happily awaiting the holiday season. We entered the year with high hopes of finally returning to normal, but soon we were surrounded by new macroeconomic challenges. I want to express my gratitude for your support and partnership throughout the year. I am proud of our team, who have been instrumental in creating value and helping our customers navigate this ever-changing business environment.

While the world has been changing rapidly, living true to our core values has not. We continue to celebrate our cultural diversity and the values of equality that brings us together. Despite the many distractions to our busy Superhero lives, we are happy that this year we have been able to see each other in real life and not just through our computer screens. We continuously try to find time and opportunities to keep reconnecting as a team.

Our values are backed up by plenty of company traditions. One example of this is the Fluido Breakfast: a long-standing tradition from when the company was founded over 12 years ago. This year we finally had the first live Fluido Breakfast at our offices in a long time! We have again been able to meet once a month to hear about company updates, share customer success stories and enjoy breakfast with colleagues on the side.

This year we have had an exceptional number of new faces joining our team; 145 new Fluidians. We launched the Junior Developer Academy, a trainee program for aspiring Salesforce developers passionate about technology. The program has been successful, with five people moving straight to customer projects after graduation.

More committed to Salesforce than ever, we continue expanding with our parent company Infosys. Dreamforce was obviously one of the most significant events of the year. Fluido, Infosys and Simplus attended with a shared booth for the first time. It was great to see everyone again in real life after a long break during the pandemic.

During Dreamforce, we saw new features and product announcements, such as Slack and Genie. Dreamforce revealed once again Salesforce’s strong customer focus, ambition and innovative approach. We truly enjoyed connecting with clients, partners and colleagues worldwide and are already seeing many new opportunities to bring value to our customers with these innovations.

This time of the year, it is also important to remember those who have less. We wanted to help children in need: each Fluido office has donated the funds they would have otherwise used for greeting cards and customer gifts to local foundations focusing on children’s wellbeing. It is now more important than ever.
