As we look back on everything that happened, we are wrapping up 2022 by sharing our top LinkedIn posts with you.
The year is coming to an end and although it has been a challenging one, we are proud of our team dedicated to providing our customers with the best service, while having fun and making sure each other’s well-being comes first.
At Fluido, we are committed to our mission and values; through the hard work and dedication of our Superheroes and customers, we’ve seen many great things happen over the course of this year. To celebrate all that is on the horizon for us, we want to share these highlights with you so that you can see what we’re all about.
We can safely say that Dreamforce has been one of the year’s biggest events. It’s been great to see everyone again in real life after a long break during the pandemic. For the first time, Fluido, Infosys and Simplus attended with a booth together.
We attended some of the Dreamforce keynotes, and it was great to see the new features, such as Genie – a real-time platform that helps you across marketing, sales and service. Dreamforce revealed once again Salesforce’s strong customer focus, ambition and innovative approach. We have enjoyed the opportunity Dreamforce offered to connect with clients, partners and colleagues from all parts of the world, who come together in one place to share their vision. Karsten Stokking, Fluido Marketing Strategy Consultant, gives a unique look into Dreamforce from his perspective as a first-time attendee.

Then there are Salesforce Live events. Every time we attend the Salesforce Live Tour, we learn something new, and it gets better every year. The 2022 Tour was no exception. Our Superheroes made appearances at Salesforce Live in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and for the first time ever in UKI, Germany and Netherlands. It was an excellent opportunity to meet the community in person, attend keynotes and sessions and connect with hundreds of customers, partners and fellow Trailblazers. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with excitement and enthusiasm for the team, our booths were fun to be at: we had a mocktail booth in Finland, colourful socks in UKI, and some could even win Xperience Workshop in the Netherlands!

We cannot not mention our amazing customers we have been working with. One of them, Nemko, a global corporation that offers product testing, inspection, and certification services, has shared their story on working with us. Together we have implemented CRM Analytics and made relevant analytics and data available for all stakeholders to leverage on.
We had an exceptional amount of new faces joining our team. We launched the Developer Academy, a trainee program that seeks to find aspiring Salesforce developers who are passionate about technology, want to make an impact on the world, and want to learn from our experienced Fluidians. All done in our Fluidoway, with our company values.
Our values are backed up by plenty of company traditions, and despite the many distractions of our busy Superhero lives, we still find chances to reconnect as a team. One of the many examples of this is our Fluido Breakfast: a long-standing tradition going all the way back to when the company was founded over ten years ago. This year we finally had the first live Fluido Breakfast at our offices in a long time! We meet to enjoy breakfast together, catch up with colleagues and the company updates.

Apart from many other parties, we also celebrated Diwali, a Hindu light festival. While the world has been changing rapidly, the values that we were founded on have not. As an international company, we continue to celebrate our cultural diversity and the values of equality that bring us together.

Thank you, everyone, for being a part of and making this year great; we’re glad to have you on this journey with us. We are aiming to live up to your expectations in the future as well. See you in 2023!
