Vera Solutions and Fluido Join Forces to Provide Salesforce Solutions for European Nonprofits

Technology providers Vera Solutions and Fluido Benelux & France have officially launched a partnership to provide Europe-based nonprofits with solutions for grant and program management, leveraging Vera Solutions’ flagship product, Amp Impact.

Amp Impact is a Salesforce-based solution for portfolio management and impact measurement, built on common needs observed during hundreds of digital transformation projects. The product enables social-impact organisations to replace complex spreadsheets with a flexible, friendly, integrated technology solution on the Salesforce platform.

“When it comes to digital transformation,  choosing the right technology is only half the journey,” said Vera Solutions Co-founder and CEO, Zak Kaufman. “To succeed at scale, getting the right team and the right partners on board with the right mix of skills is critical. That’s why I’m thrilled about our new partnership with Fluido.”

The partnership journey started with an RFP in April 2022 for a Salesforce-based grant management system that needed to be launched with a portal in September 2022. This presented a big job, given a tight deadline of 8 weeks from kickoff to MVP launch. Fortunately, the flexibility of Amp Impact and Salesforce combined with the skills of Fluido and Vera consultants enabled the speed and scalability necessary to deliver on this ambitious project. The client and the two companies celebrated the successful go-live on Monday, the fastest implementation of Amp Impact in its five-year history.

I have actually never met any of the Vera Solutions employees face-to-face, so what we did together was done in a completely remote setup,” said Fluido’s Project Manager, Desiree Meijne-Schmit. “Being able to hit the ground running and achieve the success that we did, was a unique experience! A true partnership and great cooperation for years to come.”

The portal provides 800+ users access to the Call for Proposal and enables them to start building comprehensive funding proposals for multi-year projects, including logframes, targets for key performance indicators, work plans, narrative responses, and budgets. The solution will form the basis of the client’s broader Call and Grant Management Tool for the coming years.
