Let it snow! Holiday greetings from Fluido to all of you

As 2021 is coming to an end, it is time to reflect and look back on this year and all the great accomplishments it has brought us.

Dear friends,

I wish you are well and happily awaiting the holiday season that is upon us. In the end, this year did turn out to be different from 2020. Even though the coronavirus pandemic still continues, we have seen glimpses of better days.

We have been able to open up our offices in most countries. It has been great to meet our colleagues and customers in real life – always remembering the safety measures, of course.

I’m really proud that we have many new colleagues. When we started this year, we were 330 strong, but now we are closing in on the magic number of 500 fluidians.

It is also great to see how we, throughout the pandemic, have been able to support our special company culture where we trust and help each other while having fun. We have seen that even though working remotely brings challenges, the culture thrives when we live through our values every day. Among other good feedback, our ENPS score has increased from the beginning of the year, and we were also credited the Future Workplace certification by our employee experience partner Siqni – the fourth year in a row. That is all thanks to you!

When looking at our different markets, there are many presents under the Christmas tree this year. All our offices across Europe have grown in both sizes of the team as well as welcoming new customers. The Nordics are going strong, and Germany is gaining momentum as well. Our Offices in the Benelux and UK & Ireland celebrated their first and successful year.

More committed to Salesforce than ever, we continue our European expansion together with our parent company Infosys. As customer behaviour is changing and digitalisation continues as a strong trend, we see many opportunities in the coming years together. I want to thank all of our new and existing customers for the trust you have shown us. We will go that extra mile to meet and exceed your expectations.

This time of the year, it is important to remember those that have less and have been especially affected by the pandemic. We wanted to help children in need: each Fluido office has donated the funds they would have otherwise used for greeting cards to local foundations that focus on children’s wellbeing.

Wishing you happy holidays and a prosperous new year,

Thomas Johanson
CEO Fluido
