Salesforce CPQ products are Leaders in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for CPQ solutions

Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud) and Salesforce Industries CPQ (Vlocity) evaluated as Leaders in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant report 2021.

Gartner recently published the latest Magic Quadrant for Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) Applications report that indicates which CPQ platform could be suitable for your business.

Salesforce CPQ (or Revenue Cloud) is a leader for the 5th consecutive year. Gartner lists, for example, market presence, omnichannel support and extensive software partner ecosystem as its strengths. Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) is also a leader, where innovation, extensibility and strong industry focus are highlighted.

“In addition to the Salesforce’s applications, Fluido is also working with other advanced CPQ solutions such as Tacton and KBMax – both recognised in the CPQ quadrant with strengths in, e.g. complex product configuration, visualisation and CAD automation for the manufacturing industry,” Alexander Franck, Fluido’s CPQ Practice Lead says.

The report states that one of Salesforce’s strengths is its ecosystem of other CPQ solutions that enhance the core product.

“Often, the greatest benefits are achieved by combining more than one solution. There’s rarely one single option that will solve all the challenges around managing both product configuration, pricing and the complete lead-to-cash process,” Alexander says.
